1) $100,000 EXCLUSIVE SEASON SPONSORSHIP
 

Advertising

  • Two-color back printing on ticket stock for corporate ad (40,000 patrons). Opportunity to list special offers as part of this exclusive opportunity for one advertiser per season.

  • Four-color back page ad in HVSF season program (40,000 printed). Programs are placed with the back page facing up on every seat in the theater for the season.

  • Top billing on HVSF “Your Visit” (or other webpage TBD) on the HVSF website as an exclusive season sponsor, with corporate logo and link to your website.

  • Trolley Ad – Cold Spring and Beacon Trolley will feature a 30th Anniversary ad for HVSF’s 2016 summer season (outdoors, back of the trolley). Your corporate logo and sponsor tagline will be featured as part of HVSF’s ad.

  • Email Advertising – Banner ad with link to your website asanexclusive season sponsor to HVSF’s e-marketing list of 25,000 households. Average messaging: 1 per week late September-May, 2 per week from June - early September.

  • Season Posters – Logo as exclusive season sponsor on HVSF posters hung in businesses throughout the Hudson Valley. Print run 500.

Corporate Hospitality

Season Tickets – 50 tickets for your staff, guests, or customers to use during the 2016 season with a VIP line to the HVSF development office for requests. Two premium seats are held up to 48 hours before performances, even if the show is sold out to the general public. (Value $4,500)

Corporate Evening in June – 100tickets for staff or guests in good locations with an opportunity for a giveaway and/or display table at the theater on a specific night. A black and white printed insert created by HVSF, or a one-page corporate marketing piece you provide will be inserted in the evening’s program. Invitation for eight to the 2015 30th Anniversary Gala –Your business will be recognized as part of the “Company of Friends” at the HVSF 30th Anniversary Gala on Saturday, June 4, 2016.  Attendance: 450 influential individuals including elected officials, press, and VIP artists.
