The Main Course, Etc. is the finest in gourmet takeout and catering and has been providing delicious
and creative food to the Hudson Highlands for over ten years. All picnics are complete meals
including side dish, dessert and water.

Sandwiches, salads, Old Chatham cheese platters, desserts and beverages
are available at our concessions tent.
