Young actors and budding theater professionals continue to inspire us, and our education programs reflect our commitment to them.

HVSF Acting Apprenticeship Program

This 17-week actor-training program starts in early May and extends through the first week of September. The program enables college-aged (undergraduate and graduate school) and early career professional actors to gain a better understanding of the commitment and skill set required to become a professional actor.

Participants are selected through auditions that are held by invitation. Participants are also eligible to become Equity Membership Candidates.

2013 HVSF Season

We will accept submission for our 2013 program from November 1, 2012 – March 1, 2013.

Please note: There is a $40 processing fee required for each submission. You may pay by check or download the credit card authorization form to pay by credit card. You must include payment with your materials. All checks should be made payable to Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival.

All interested candidates should mail a hard copy of headshot, resume, and cover letter indicating intent along with the processing fee to:
