The Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival is proud to announce its 19th season of Education and Community Outreach Programs, led by our company of professional actors, directors, trained teaching artists, and scholars. Each of our programs creates dynamic, engaging and memorable environments for students and communal learning.

We believe that:

ENGAGING a text through action opens your mind and heightens your intellect.

EXPLORING a text through dramatic techniques, brings meaning to the language and characters.

EXERCISING a range of creative interpretations affords students and teachers a personalized relationship with Shakespeare.

HVSF Education Programs are designed to support the New York State Learning Standards for the Arts. Those New York State Public Schools that participate in the arts in education service from BOCES will be eligible to receive New York State aid for the program, if the program is processed through the service.

To book programs or for more information, please send an email to Nora Rosoff, our Education Programs Manager, or call her at the HVSF office at  845-809-5750.
