Complimentary Tickets for Media Outlets
Media outlets can request two complimentary tickets for each of this season’s productions, subject to availability, for a particular performance. Reserve comps with press representative Marcia Clark, email@example.com / 845 528 6647, and they will be available for pickup prior to the show at the HVSF box office. To ensure your attendance at a particular performance, we recommend reserving comps at least two days in advance, and we will make our best effort to accommodate requests on shorter notice. If you will be unable to use ANY requested complimentary tickets, please notify Marcia Clark at least eight hours in advance.
Interviews, Feature Coverage, Photography, and Bios
The Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival is a professional theater company and abides by Equity rules, which require that a minimum 24 hours’ notice be given for interview and photo / recording requests. We suggest 48-72 hours’ notice in order to accommodate scheduling of interviews.
Along with reviews of the productions we are happy to work with you on feature/production story coverage during the season, with the artists’ agreement.
As they are provided to us, we provide promotional photos and biographies for the artists participating in the HVSF season. We will also provide production photographs to the media for each of the three productions. Media outlets interested in assigning their own photography should inquire as far in advance as possible (in keeping with EQUITY rules, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required). To receive photos and assign photographers contact Marcia Clark (845) 528-6647, firstname.lastname@example.org.
